Absolutely fantastic book and concept. Gives a great mechanism for starting and sustaining conversations especially those difficult ones.
Breaks down the entire conversation in a curiousity foundation with a goal that the participants operate in an illuminator mode rather than a diminisher mode (Refer Harvard Business Review)
Follow the 7 foundational questions to have engaging and fruitful conversations and work on followups to change the way you lead.
